I thought I’d post this in a separate blog entry, since it’s along a different line than the last post. I’ve once again enrolled in Weight Watchers. I realize that, in addition to my running, I do need to be on some sort of eating plan and counting calories wasn’t working for me. Hopefully this will be the boost I need to get the scale moving in the right direction again.
I’ve been doing WW on and off for several years, and have had good successes with it. The last time I was on it I think I lost 22-23 lbs. I’m not too far off from my all-time low WW weight right now, so hopefully I can reach and surpass that number soon. WW is difficult for me because I have a really hard time cooking for my family AND for my diet at the same time. There’s only so much whining I can take before I break. So, hopefully I can find a way to make it happen and gain some momentum (and lose some inches)!
Hi! WW is great! I am also following the plan and I am also doing C25K. It’s a great combo.
I’ve done WW so many times in the past, and it definitely works for me. I just need to try to integrate it into my family’s cooking as well. It because tedious when I was making two entirely separate meals for me and my family… I can only keep that up for so long! I made it three months last time (my longest ever), hopefully I can go longer this time.
